NOTE: The following information for the Youth Music Camps was inadvertently missed in the Activities Guide:
Youth Music Camp 1 is for ages 8–12
Youth Music Camp 2 is for ages 13–16

YOUTH CAMP NOTE: Please fill out the form completely, using a seperate form for each child attending camp.
What if I can't make it to camp?
Notify the Director immediately. If you can't reach him/her, contact the LLC office.

Only one Emergency and Health Information Form per child, per season is required. What if the information I submit changes?
Submit a new complete form. All forms are destroyed at the end of each camp season.

 The Camp Notes Newsletter includes camp information such as guidelines for dress at camp, bedtimes at camp, suggested donations and camp contact information.
