Camp Enrollment

To enroll online, click on the links for either Adult Camps or Youth Camps. The form which opens up can be filled out and submitted by clicking on the Submit Form button. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your enrollment. For Youth Camp applications, a parental authorization form will be sent to you for signing; the completed form needs to be returned to the LLC office, ATTN: Camp Enrollment.
NOTE: The forms are in PDF format and the Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to open them.
