Signing up for Activities

1. Find activities that interest you.
2. Fill out an LLC Activity Enrollment Form. Fill out one form for all members of the same household applying for the same camp.
   Parents: For children under 18, whether participating or as staff, you must submit an Emergency and Health Information Form for each child. Forms will be on file for the current camp season only.
3. Send completed forms to the LLC office by the application deadline.
   
   You will receive a copy of your application with acceptance or notification that your name has been placed on a waiting list.
   
   If for any reason you cannot attend a camp, please notify the camp director immediately! Someone may be on the waiting list.
